Hello and welcome to AZ Statewide Paralegal LLC.
I'd like to tell you a little bit about myself and our business. I have been a resident of Tucson, Arizona for more than 30 years. In 1991, I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of Arizona.
I worked for American Airlines for 14 years, first as a reservations agent and then as a Supervisor in the International Resolution department. I love to travel and working at American gave me the opportunity to visit many countries around the world including South Africa, Italy, Germany, and many Caribbean Islands.
My husband, Stephen Trezza, is an attorney, so in 2003, I started preparing legal documents as an Arizona paralegal part time and with his guidance and support I became licensed and certified by the Supreme Court of Arizona as a legal document preparer. I prepare all types of Family Law documents for Divorce, Child Support, Visitation and Paternity. Real Estate documents like Deeds, Promissory Notes and Deeds of Trust are no problem, as well as Estate Planning documents like Wills, Health Care Power of Attorney, Living Wills and Trusts. I have always handled the legal documents necessary to lease and manage my residential rental properties, including forming Limited Liabilities Companies, Family Limited Partnerships, Leases, Forcible Detainer and Breach of Contract Complaints. I have prepared my own family law documents, filed them and represented myself in Court. I have 3 wonderful children and my husband and I enjoy live theatre at the Arizona Theatre Company regularly. I enjoy Texas Hold Em and we love the poker tournaments that we share with our friends and family at home. AZ Statewide Paralegal LLC is a family owned and operated business and we look forward to serving you and preparing your legal documents.

FAQs
Why should I hire your paralegal service for my Arizona Divorce documents or other Family Law case?
The Arizona Rules of Family Law Procedure (ARFLP) were completely revised 01/01/06. There are 97 rules, many of which may affect you and your case. Title 25 of the Arizona Revised Statutes is entitled Marital and Domestic Relations. It is a detail oriented body of law that contains nine chapters and more than 250 separate statutes. The Arizona Child Support Guidelines were revised 01/01/05 and are 30 pages long.
Our Arizona Paralegals are very familiar with these rules and regulations. We have been preparing documents since 1992. Each preparer has also successfully passed an exam administered by the Arizona Board of Legal Document Preparers. We will make sure your initial documents are prepared correctly, filed with the court and properly served on the opposing party. Then we will see your case through to the end while continuing to prepare all the necessary documents along the way.
Arizona divorce attorneys charge for their advice, opinions and strategies in addition to legal document preparation and can be expensive. If you don't need legal advice but merely general information as it pertains to the law, document preparation, filing with the Court, and service of process we can do it all.
Self representation has never been easier. Let the qualified professional staff at AZ Statewide Paralegal assist you with your legal documents and you'll have all of our knowledge and experience behind you.
