To streamline your complete case management document preparation experience, we provide a complete service price list to help get you started.
Our service price list represents our fee for services rendered in all counties. Filing fees and publication costs are set by Pima and Maricopa Counties. In addition, if you are serving the opposing party in your case, a service of process fee will be added to your rate.
Family Law Rates
Our family law rates include services involving divorce, child support, child custody, legal decision making, and paternity matters. The rates are as follows:

- Notary Service: $5 per signature available to clients in our Phoenix, Mesa and Tucson (Oracle location). No charge at our Tucson location
