  • Step One: We prepare the articles of organization and Arizona Corporation Commission cover sheet on your behalf.
  • Step Two: We guide you through the process of obtaining an EIN number for your LLC to allow you to open a business bank account.
  • Step Three: We deliver the signed Articles of Organization and cover sheet to the Arizona Corporation Commission and expedite filling.
  • Step Four: We fax a Notice of Filing to the appropriate newspaper in the county that the LLC is operating in for publication. They will then publish the Notice of Filing once a week for three weeks. For clients in Maricopa and Pima counties, the Corporate Commission handles the publication process for you.
  • Step Five: We send the Affidavit of Publication and cover sheet to the Arizona Corporate Commission for filing at no additional charge, completing the LLC formation.
  • Step Six: For an additional discounted fee, we can also prepare an operating agreement for your business during the LLC formation.
  • Step Seven: Beginning January 1, 2024 the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) began accepting Beneficial Ownership Information Reports.  The bipartisan Corporate Transparency Act, enacted in 2021 was enacted to curb illicit finance and requires may companies doing business in the United States to report information about the individuals who ultimately own or control them.   • We accept service of process on behalf of your business and notify the business immediately.
  • We are a local established business with a physical address in Phoenix and Tucson, AZ as legally outlined in the state law.
  • We provide a business mailing address in Arizona that is the same as our Statutory Agent Address.
